Main Ingredients
- 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
Aurora Sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍅 1.5 tbsp ketchup
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Separate broccoli into small florets. Cut the stem into 3cm pieces, removing the tough outer layer. Mince the onion and soak in water, then drain. Cut the boiled eggs into bite-sized pieces.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Blanch the broccoli briefly and remove. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn opaque, then drain and let cool.
In a bowl, mix all the Aurora Sauce ingredients. Add the shrimp, broccoli, and onion, and mix well. Gently fold in the boiled eggs.
