- 🍞 2 slices of sandwich bread
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs

- 🍖 2 slices of ham

- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧴 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Cheese
- 🧀 A handful of shredded pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- A sprinkle of dried parsley
ÉTAPES
Cut off the crusts of the sandwich bread and make 1.5 cm cuts at the center of each edge.
Mix ketchup and mayonnaise in a bowl to create the sauce.
Place the bread into a ramekin or small oven-safe dish, spread the sauce, add a slice of ham, and crack an egg on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add shredded pizza cheese around the yolk and repeat for the second cup. Bake in a toaster oven until the yolk is semi-set. Garnish with dried parsley.
