- 🥓 2 slices bacon
- 🍆 1 medium eggplant (80g)
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp consommé powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 💧 400 ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the eggplant into 5mm thick slices after removing the stem.
Slice the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, then add the bacon and eggplant. Sauté until the eggplant becomes tender.
Add the consommé, salt, pepper, and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.
