- 💧 2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut the eggplants into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the ☆ seasonings (miso, soy sauce, sake, sugar, and water) in a container.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add grated garlic and sliced pork, and stir-fry.
