- 🍆 2 eggplants

- 2 slices ham
Condiments
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- to taste pizza cheese

- to taste chopped parsley
ÉTAPES
Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise and score the cut side in a grid pattern about 1cm deep.
Dice the ham into 5mm cubes. Mix the ham and ketchup in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the eggplants cut side down and cook until browned, then flip them over.
Add cooking wine to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam the eggplants on low heat for 4–5 minutes until tender.
Remove the lid and top the eggplants with the ham mixture and pizza cheese. Cover again and let the cheese melt using residual heat. Garnish with parsley before serving.
