- 250g ground meat (mixed beef and pork)
Vegetables
- 🍆 1 eggplant (80g), diced
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Meat Mixture
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍞 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Coating
- All-purpose flour as needed
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 🍞 1 cup breadcrumbs
Side Dish
- 🥬 40g shredded cabbage
- Medium-thick sauce as needed
Frying
- Salad oil as needed
ÉTAPES
Dice the eggplant into 1cm cubes and mince the onion.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, sauté the eggplant and onion until softened. Season with salt and pepper, then let cool.
In a bowl, mix ground meat with the meat mixture ingredients until sticky. Add the sautéed vegetables and mix well. Divide into 4 portions, shape into oval patties, and coat with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the patties for about 6 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve the fried patties with shredded cabbage and drizzle with medium-thick sauce.
