INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍆 3 eggplants
- 🧅 3 stalks green onion
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌰 2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise, then quarter them.
Place a steamer rack in a pot with water and steam the eggplants on high heat for 5 minutes. Let them rest for 1 minute after turning off the heat.
Remove the steamer rack and let the eggplants cool completely.
Tear the cooled eggplants into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
Add minced garlic, green onion, ground sesame seeds, soy sauce, salt, and sesame oil to the bowl. Mix gently.
Serve the seasoned eggplant namul as a side dish.
