Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half.

Slice the bacon into 7mm wide strips.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add bacon and enoki mushrooms, and stir-fry until browned. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, then mix quickly.
