- 🍄 300g enoki mushrooms, chopped
Seafood
- 🦀 10 crab sticks, shredded
Eggs
- 🥚 6 eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
Flour
- 3 tbsp potato starch
ÉTAPES
Chop enoki mushrooms and crab sticks into small pieces (less than 1cm). Shred crab sticks by hand for better texture.
Mix the chopped enoki mushrooms and shredded crab sticks together in a bowl.
Crack 6 eggs into the mixture, add salt and pepper, and mix well.
Add 3 tbsp potato starch to the mixture to thicken the batter. Mix well.
Heat a frying pan with oil and scoop the mixture into round pancake shapes. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
