- 🍄 1 handful enoki mushrooms
- 🥓 2 strips bacon
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- A small amount of cooking oil
- 🧈 1 piece butter
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
ÉTAPES
Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms and separate them into small clusters.
Slice the bacon into thin strips and chop the green onion into thin slices.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and stir-fry the green onion for 1–2 minutes.
Add the bacon to the pan and stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes.
Add the butter to the pan and let it melt.
Add the oyster sauce and mix well.
Add the enoki mushrooms and stir-fry quickly for 1–2 minutes.
Transfer the stir-fry to a serving plate and enjoy.
