Main Ingredients
- 🧅 1 stalk scallion, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- Generous amount of olive oil
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms, chopped
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Chop 1 stalk of scallion and thinly slice 1/2 onion.
Heat a pan with a generous amount of olive oil and sauté the scallion and onion to create scallion oil.
Add chopped enoki mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Crack 3 eggs into the pan and scramble them quickly.
Add 2 bowls of cooked rice and stir-fry with the vegetables and eggs.
Season with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce, and 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
