- 🍄 1/4 enoki mushroom
- 🦀 2 crab sticks
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🧅 1-2 stalks green onion
- 🥚 2 eggs
- A small amount of cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 💧 200ml water
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch water
ÉTAPES
Shred the enoki mushrooms and crab sticks into small pieces.
Slice the green onions thinly.
In a pot, combine all sauce ingredients except cornstarch water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and add cornstarch water, stirring well to thicken the sauce.
In a bowl, mix enoki mushrooms, crab sticks, and eggs to prepare the egg mixture.
Heat a pan over low heat, add cooking oil, and pour in the egg mixture.
Place cooked rice in a bowl and invert onto a plate for presentation.
Top the rice with the cooked egg and pour the sauce over it.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
