INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 120g ground meat mix
- 100g enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the root off the enoki mushrooms and slice them into 1cm pieces. Mince the onion.
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk to moisten the breadcrumbs.
Add ground meat, enoki mushrooms, onion, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until sticky and divide into two portions, shaping them into oval patties.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned on both sides.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked. Remove the patties from the pan.
Wipe the pan with a paper towel, add the sauce ingredients, and simmer over medium heat until thickened. Serve the patties with the sauce poured over them.
