- 180g ground meat (beef and pork mix)
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms, chopped
- 60g fresh okara
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Yogurt Sauce
- 🥛 60g plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🌿 1 sprig parsley, chopped

- 🥬 1 bag baby leaf greens
ÉTAPES
Chop the enoki mushrooms into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix ground meat, chopped enoki mushrooms, fresh okara, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Shape the mixture into patties of equal size.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the patties until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked through.
In a small bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley to make the yogurt sauce.
Serve the hamburg steaks with the yogurt sauce drizzled on top and baby leaf greens on the side.
