Main Ingredients
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 fish cakes, sliced
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 💧 1 cup water
ÉTAPES
Dice the potatoes and slice the fish cakes diagonally.
In a pan, stir-fry the diced potatoes with soy sauce, sugar, and cooking oil.
Add 1 cup of water and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Add the sliced fish cakes and simmer briefly.
When the sauce thickens, add chili powder and sesame seeds, then mix well.
Finish by adding minced garlic and chopped green onion.
Serve the Eomuk Potato Stir-fry warm.
