- 🍄 1 pack of eringi mushrooms
- 🌱 1/2 bag of bean sprouts
Sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the eringi mushrooms thinly and cut them in half lengthwise. Place the bean sprouts, eringi mushrooms, and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
Add the oyster sauce, mayonnaise, and pepper to the cooled vegetables and mix well.
