- 🍄 1 eringi mushroom (40g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic

- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sliced chili
ÉTAPES
Slice the eringi mushroom thinly after cutting it in half lengthwise. Cut the garlic clove in half, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add the octopus and eringi mushroom, then simmer over medium heat for 3–5 minutes.
