ÉTAPES
Tear the eringi mushrooms into bite-sized pieces by hand and place them in a microwave-safe container.
Add the canned tuna and seasonings (sake, soy sauce, butter) to the container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
