- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
- 🥚 1 egg
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
- 🥕 1/4 cup diced carrot
- 🧅 1/4 cup diced onion
- 🌭 1/4 cup diced sausage

- 🧀 1/2 cup shredded pizza cheese
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Dice the toppings (carrot, onion, sausage) and prepare them. Feel free to use available ingredients.
Mix 1.5 cups of cooked rice with 1 egg and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp cooking oil and shape the rice mixture into small patties. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the cooked rice patties.
Add the prepared toppings (carrot, onion, sausage) on top of the sauce.
Sprinkle shredded pizza cheese generously over the toppings. Melt the cheese using an oven or microwave.
