INGRÉDIENTS
Omelette Base
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, sliced
- 🦀 1 can (150g) canned crab
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 1/3 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 💧 150ml water
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
Thickening Agent
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion diagonally into thin pieces.
Heat 1/3 tbsp of sesame oil in a frying pan, then sauté the green onion and canned crab briefly.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper, then mix in the sautéed crab and green onion.
Heat the remaining sesame oil in a frying pan, pour in the egg mixture, stir gently until semi-cooked, shape, and cook on low heat for 2–3 minutes. Flip and cook on medium heat for 1–2 minutes, then plate.
In the same pan, bring the sauce ingredients to a boil, then add the cornstarch slurry and simmer until thickened. Pour over the omelette and serve.
