ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion and soak in cold water for 5 minutes to reduce sharpness.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain well.
Combine the onion, wakame, and dried shirasu in a mixing bowl.
Add ponzu soy sauce and sesame oil to the bowl, then toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
