INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
- 1 pack (200g) firm tofu
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
- 1 bell pepper (30g)
- 🥔 2 small potatoes (240g)
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Hamburg Mixture
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧂 1/6 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
ÉTAPES
Drain the mackerel can and mash the mackerel in a bowl.
Add tofu, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and potato starch to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until combined.
Shape the mixture into patties and set aside.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties until golden brown on both sides.
Dice the tomato, bell pepper, and potatoes. Sauté them in olive oil with garlic, salt, and pepper until softened.
Serve the patties topped with the sautéed tomato sauce.
