INGRÉDIENTS
Chicken
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Adequate amount of potato starch
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants
- 🌱 3 green beans
- 4cm radish
- 3 shiso leaves
Oil
- Adequate amount of salad oil
Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Grate the radish, slice the shiso leaves thinly, cut the eggplants into bite-sized pieces, and halve the green beans.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season both sides with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot. Fry the eggplants and green beans, removing the green beans after 1 minute and frying the eggplants until soft.
Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
Mix the teriyaki sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container and heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute.
Plate the chicken and eggplants, top with grated radish and shiso leaves, and drizzle with the teriyaki sauce.
