INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 2 tbsp flour
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Chili Sauce
- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp doubanjiang
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Place chicken and seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, ginger) into a bag and massage. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Chop green onion into coarse pieces.
Mix chili sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Add flour to the marinated chicken and mix to coat evenly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to about 1cm depth. Fry chicken pieces over medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy (5-6 minutes).
Toss fried chicken in the chili sauce until well coated.
