- 🐟 4 fillets horse mackerel
Vegetables
- 1 piece fresh ginger (100g)
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp water
Coating
- flour as needed
- breadcrumbs as needed

ÉTAPES
Wash the fresh ginger and peel it using a spoon. Slice it thinly. Remove the bones from the horse mackerel fillets and lightly dust one side with flour.
Place half of the ginger slices on one fillet, then cover with another fillet to sandwich the ginger. Repeat to make two pieces.
In a bowl, mix the egg, flour, and water to create the batter. Dip the prepared fish into the batter and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat about 1 cm of salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the coated fish, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
