- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g)
Coating
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Cut the king oyster mushrooms lengthwise into quarters.
Place the mushrooms and all seasoning ingredients (mirin, soy sauce, grated ginger, grated garlic) into a plastic bag. Massage the bag to coat the mushrooms evenly, remove air, seal the bag, and let it marinate for 30 minutes. Coat the mushrooms with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the coated mushrooms and pan-fry, turning occasionally, until crispy and golden brown.
