INGRÉDIENTS

- 200g lotus root
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- Salad oil, as needed
Nori Sauce
- 1 sheet roasted nori
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Tear the roasted nori into small pieces and place in a microwave-safe container. Add the remaining nori sauce ingredients and mix well. Microwave uncovered at 600W for 30 seconds.
Cut the lotus root in half lengthwise, then slice into 1cm thick pieces. Soak in water for 1 minute, drain, and pat dry. Coat evenly with potato starch in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to a depth of 2cm at 170°C. Fry the lotus root until golden brown and cooked through.
Combine the fried lotus root and nori sauce in a bowl and mix well.
