- 200g squid tentacles
Coating
- 4 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- sufficient amount of salad oil
Garnish
- 🍋 1/8 lemon wedge
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste
ÉTAPES
Remove small suckers from squid tentacles using a knife blade and cut off larger suckers. Separate tentacles into 2-3 pieces and trim long tentacles by 2cm.
Place squid tentacles in a bowl, add sake, soy sauce, and garlic paste, and massage the mixture. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Pat dry the squid tentacles with kitchen paper and coat them with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 180°C, add the coated squid tentacles, and fry until crispy. Serve on a plate with a lemon wedge.
