INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 sheet (200g) konjac, pre-boiled
- 150g ground pork
Cooking Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Toppings
- White sesame seeds, to taste
- Chopped green onion, to taste
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the konjac, place it in a tray, cover with plastic wrap, freeze for one day, then thaw and squeeze out excess water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add ground pork, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color. Remove excess oil.
Add the konjac and seasonings (☆) to the pan, and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
Serve in a dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
