INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 130g konjac, pre-treated
- 50g ground pork
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- to taste okonomiyaki sauce
- to taste mayonnaise
- to taste bonito flakes
- to taste pickled ginger
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp tempura flakes
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
ÉTAPES
Chop the konjac finely, place it in a tray, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for 1 day. Defrost and squeeze out the excess water.
Shred the cabbage into thin slices.
In a bowl, mix the konjac, cabbage, ground pork, and batter ingredients (☆).
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, pour the mixture in, and shape it into a round form.
Cook on medium-low heat until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Serve on a plate, top with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and pickled ginger.
