    • 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
    • 💧 300ml water

Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sear pork belly until browned on all sides.

Add potatoes, onion, and the prepared Gamjatang sauce to the pot. Stir to combine.

Bring to a boil, skim off any foam, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until the pork is tender.

Add sliced green onion and simmer for another 2–3 minutes. Sprinkle ground sesame seeds and garnish with perilla leaves before serving.
