Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets fresh cod
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, thinly sliced
Breadcrumb Mixture
- 20g breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion and chop the parsley.
Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels, cut into bite-sized pieces, and season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Layer the sliced onion in a heatproof dish, place the cod pieces on top, and evenly spread the breadcrumb mixture over the fish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes.
