ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and parsley.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until golden brown. Flip and cover with a lid, cooking on low heat for 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
Add butter and minced garlic to the pan, stirring to coat the chicken.
Season with salt and pepper, mix in parsley, and quickly stir in lemon juice before serving.
