- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)

- 🥓 4 slices of bacon
Herbs
- 🌿 A pinch of chopped parsley
Garlic Butter Sauce
- 🧈 30g salted butter
- 🧄 1 clove of garlic, grated
- 🧂 1/3 tsp herb salt
ÉTAPES
Slice potatoes into 1cm thickness and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water. Grate the garlic after removing its core.
Cut bacon into 1cm strips.
Place potatoes and bacon in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes until potatoes soften. Drain any excess water.
Heat butter and grated garlic in a pan over low heat until melted. Add herb salt and mix briefly to create garlic butter sauce. Add potatoes and bacon, tossing to coat.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
