INGRÉDIENTS
Shrimp
- 🦐 2 handfuls cooked shrimp
Oil
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧈 1/2 tbsp butter
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- A small amount of parsley flakes
ÉTAPES
Rinse the cooked shrimp under water and drain thoroughly.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and add 1 tbsp minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Add 1/2 tbsp butter to the pan and let it melt.
Season with 1 pinch of salt and continue to stir-fry until the liquid reduces and the shrimp's surface turns golden brown.
Sprinkle parsley flakes over the shrimp and serve hot.
