- 12 shishito peppers

- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper

- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
ÉTAPES
Trim the stems off the shishito peppers and crush the garlic clove with a knife.
Cut the block bacon into 7–8mm thick sticks.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant, then add the bacon and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add the shishito peppers and stir-fry briefly, then add butter and salt and pepper, mixing well.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
