- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥒 85g zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1.5 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Slice zucchini into 1cm pieces, chop red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces, and thinly slice garlic, removing its core.
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch.
Heat butter and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant, then add chicken skin-side down. Cook on medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
Add zucchini and red bell pepper to the pan, stir-fry until coated with oil, then add soy sauce and stir-fry to combine.
