INGRÉDIENTS
Seafood
- 🐚 200g clams (cleaned)
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 head bok choy (100g)
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (70g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic (minced)
- Sliced chili (to taste)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Soup Base
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 150ml water
ÉTAPES
Wash the clams by rubbing the shells together.
Cut bok choy into quarters lengthwise. Mince the green onion and garlic.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add green onion, garlic, and chili, and sauté until softened. Add clams and stir briefly.
Add the soup base ingredients (sake, chicken broth powder, water) and bok choy. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook for 3 minutes until clams open. Turn off the heat and let steam for 3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
