- 🐟 3 fillets of horse mackerel
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 small onion (about 100g)
- 🧄 Garlic slices as needed
Seasoning

- 1 tbsp salad oil
Teriyaki Sauce
- 🧄 1 clove grated garlic
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Sprinkle the horse mackerel fillets with a pinch of salt and coat them lightly with flour.
Heat 1 tbsp of salad oil in a pan and fry the fish fillets until golden brown on both sides.
Slice the onion thinly and sauté it in the same pan until softened.
