INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) of cooked rice
Meat
- 🐖 70g of ground pork
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetables
- 5 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- 🧄 1 clove of garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 2 tsp of soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp of salad oil
ÉTAPES
Trim the stems off the shiso leaves and slice them thinly. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with the beaten egg until well combined.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until the garlic turns golden. Add ground pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the rice mixture to the pan and stir-fry until the grains are separated and evenly cooked. Pour soy sauce along the edge of the pan and mix quickly.
Add the shiso leaves, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry briefly to combine, then serve immediately.
