ÉTAPES
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Mince the garlic.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan over medium heat until fragrant. Place chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes until fully cooked.
Add butter, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the pan. Heat until the sauce thickens. Serve on a plate and garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
