- 🍗 12 chicken wing halves (300g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

ÉTAPES
Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat vegetable oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add chicken wings skin-side down and cook over medium heat until browned. Flip and cover, cooking on low heat for 3–5 minutes until fully cooked.
Add butter, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Plate the chicken wings, garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
