Seasoning
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
ÉTAPES
Defrost the frozen shrimp at room temperature or using the microwave defrost function.
Mix the seasoning: 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and 1 tbsp sugar.
Season the defrosted shrimp with a pinch of pepper and salt, then let it marinate for 20 minutes.
Remove excess moisture from the shrimp and pan-fry them in a lightly oiled pan, flipping occasionally.
