Noodles
- 🍜 2 servings fresh ramen noodles
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🌱 100g bean sprouts
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion for garnish
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Soup Base
- 💧 600ml water
- 🍗 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🟤 3 tbsp miso
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
ÉTAPES
Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core.
Cut the pork belly into 4cm wide pieces.
Boil water in a pot and cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the water.
In the same pot, heat salad oil and garlic over low heat until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes. Add bean sprouts and stir briefly.
Add all soup base ingredients except miso to the pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, then dissolve the miso into the soup.
Place the noodles in serving bowls, pour the soup over them, and garnish with chopped green onions.
