INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🧄 20 cloves garlic
- 🍄 150g oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
Protein
- Optional amount of ham
Grains
- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of ground pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Chop garlic into 2-3 pieces, slice oyster mushrooms, finely chop green onion, and dice ham if using.
Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and sauté green onion and garlic until fragrant, ensuring they don't burn.
Add mushrooms and ham to the pan, stir-fry briefly, then add 2 tbsp soy sauce for seasoning.
Continue stir-frying until ingredients are well cooked.
Add 1.5 cups of cooked rice to the pan and mix thoroughly with the other ingredients.
Finish with a pinch of ground pepper and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, mixing well. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve the garlic mushroom fried rice hot and enjoy!
