INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetable
- 150g lotus root, sliced
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Cut the lotus root in half lengthwise, slice into 1cm pieces, and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the lotus root and stir-fry until it turns golden brown.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, ponzu sauce, and grated garlic) to the pan and stir-fry until well combined. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
