- 200g pork loin (2 thick slices)
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Slice the garlic thinly. Cut the pork loin into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, grated garlic) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add sliced garlic, and cook over medium heat until golden brown. Remove the garlic.
Using the same pan, cook the pork over medium heat until browned. Flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes until fully cooked. Add the sauce and stir to coat.
Plate the pork and top with the cooked garlic slices.
