INGRÉDIENTS

- 150g frozen octopus
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
Oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Garnish
- Chopped parsley, as needed
ÉTAPES
Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core.
Defrost the octopus and pat dry with a paper towel.
Place the octopus and flour into a plastic bag and shake to coat evenly.
Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat, add garlic and chili, and sauté until fragrant.
Add the octopus and sauté over medium heat for about 2 minutes until browned. Add soy sauce and black pepper, and stir to combine.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
