- 1 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Cut broccoli into small florets and slice garlic, removing the core.
Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat, add garlic, and sauté until crispy. Remove garlic from the pan.
Add scallops to the pan and cook until both sides are browned. Add broccoli and sauté briefly, then add sake and cover the pan. Steam for about 2 minutes until broccoli is tender.
Add the crispy garlic back to the pan, season with salt, and stir briefly before serving.
