- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1/4 cabbage (300g), chopped
- 100g shimeji mushrooms
Aromatics
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and remove the core.
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Mince the garlic and ginger.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add ground pork. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add shimeji mushrooms, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Stir-fry until softened.
Add the cabbage and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasonings (sugar, sake, soy sauce, and pepper) and stir-fry to combine.
